Secondly, we own and manage a real estate portfolio of Veteran Care Facilities that we have built. The money we earn from doing your projects perfectly, helps us build and manage these facilities. What should I be looking for in a contractor?


First, you want someone that knows what they are doing and has a good rating on things like Yelp, Better Business Bureau, and HomeAdvisor. These are ratings from past customers that have actually worked with the company. Secondly, make sure they are licensed in your state. And lastly, make sure you like the contractors! These are people you'll be in contact with almost daily, make sure they have the people skills to keep you informed and not be someone you want to screen calls from.




What does your warranty mean?


If the work isn't done correctly, we'll come back and fix it! We take pride in our work, so we make sure it stays up to our high standards. The details of the warranty are outlined and agreed to in the services contract.




How do we get started?


1. Reach out! Give us a call or send us an email with your project details. 2. We will send out a Pro to view the full scope of project, get the measurements, and, most importantly, shake your hand. 3. Depending on the size of the project, we will typically have an estimate of cost, materials list, and timeline within 24 hours. Bigger jobs that require permits can take as much as a month to fully get processed. (Only because we have to play the waiting game with city and state officials). 4. We Start!
